Very disapointed we payed $169 a night for an outdated room with NO HEAT!!At crossroads inn..and when i reported it the staff was rude and never even apologised!!!!!

Worst experience ever while traveling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our so called accessible room had a bath room so small that no wheelchair could get in. and even if it did no room for a assistant and the only grab bar was behind the toilet. No handicapped parking at all. Wake up this is 2011!! Ada passed in 1991. You have had enough time to meet the law,

Me and my kids checked in on august 15th and we were welcomed by the most wonderful woman at the desk. then when we reached our room, the ladies were leaving as we came in, the room was imaculate and clean as could be. everything worked great and the beds, pillows and all the linen were as clean as could be. I am very impressed all the way around. I also need to mention that the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! we had breakfast the day before at a pancake house and it wasnt near as good as the breakfast we ate at the hotel! Most motels offer complimentary breakfast and it consists of cereal and a bagel.this breakfast was a great hot breakfast. biscuits,gravy, eggs...cereal, toast...orange juice, milk, coffee and lots of muffins and choices. The lady in charge of breakfast was as sweet as pie. I almost cant believe how great it all was.I will definitly recomend this hotel to everyone i know and meet...Thank you so much for all you did to make us comfortable!...sherry chafin and family

Received an e-mail from Best Western Twin Rivers and Crossroads that said book after July 31, 2011 and travel through December 31, 2011--stay 2 nights get the third night free. Called to make reservations and Shawna at Twin Rivers knows nothing about the promotion and Crossroads does not answer their phone!!! Great Promotion when they don't honor it.

We moved to your hotel after spending our first night in Gatlinburg at another hotel. We were so pleased with both the service and the room itself. We were on our honeymoon and one of my favorite memories will be feeding the ducks every morning from the honeymoon island! The staff went out of there way to make sure we were happy and satisfied. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family and would love to stay here again on our next trip to Gatlinburg!
